Egyptian Mint Lemonade aka Lamoon Nenaa

About the Recipe

This vibrant drink has variations all over the Middle East and I can't get enough of it. It's so delightfully refreshing.

Ingredients

6 lemons, peeled

.75oz mint leaves, about 3/4C

1/2C sugar


Preparation

  1. In a blender combine lemon, mint, sugar, 2C water, and 1C ice. Blend until smooth enough to drink. Serve over ice and enjoy!
